By purchasing products or services from Hatfield Music, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By completing your purchase, you authorize Hatfield Music to charge the payment method provided for the applicable fees.

Unless otherwise stated, payments for lessons, memberships, camps, workshops, events, and registration fees are non-refundable. Refund requests will be considered only when required by law or at the sole discretion of Hatfield Music.

Cancellation policies vary by service and are outlined in the applicable Studio Guide, membership agreement, or event registration. By completing your purchase, you agree to the cancellation policy associated with the service purchased.

Participation in lessons, classes, camps, workshops, and events involves normal physical activity. Participants voluntarily assume all ordinary risks associated with participation. Hatfield Music is not liable for injuries except as required by applicable law.

A parent or legal guardian must complete purchases and registrations for participants under 18 years of age and is responsible for providing accurate registration information.

Hatfield Music may photograph or record classes and events for promotional purposes. Parents or participants who do not wish to appear in promotional materials should notify Hatfield Music in writing prior to the event or service.

Hatfield Music reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. Refunds in these situations are at the discretion of Hatfield Music.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hatfield Music shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or participation in its programs.
