Preschool piano lessons (ages 2-5) use a specialized early childhood music curriculum designed to build essential foundational skills. Students explore musical concepts such as patterns, counting, long and short sounds, and high and low pitches while also developing early writing and number-recognition skills.
Lessons are highly interactive, incorporating engaging “off-the-bench” games and hands-on activities that reinforce concepts introduced at the piano. Instruction also emphasizes important learning behaviors, including following directions, self-control, listening skills, and turn-taking.This curriculum prepares young learners for traditional piano lessons by establishing a strong musical and developmental foundation, allowing students to confidently build upon their skills as they progress.

Voice lessons are so much fun! Students learn music theory, solfege and breathing techniques to support their unique vocal abilities. We choose music together that will compliment their taste and ability but also challenge the students to become better musicians!

Great choice! Students who learn a string instrument will learn how to read music, employ proper technique and train their musical ear. We currently offer violin and double bass lessons.

Whether you are a beginner instrumentalist wanting to understand music on a deeper level or a college student struggling in your theory classes, we can help! Theory lessons can teach you how to play chords from lead sheets, analyze music on paper or by ear, pass that Theory IV exam and be a better all around musician. Mrs. Rhonda takes a step by step, easy to understand, hands-on approach to teaching music theory.
